BELGRADE - The Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) European Movement named Serbian former minister in charge of the EU integration process Branko Ruzic the best regional politician in the EU integration sphere.

Ruzic was presented with the recognition at a ceremony organized by the BiH European Movement on Wednesday marking Europe Day dubbed “It is time for Europe and regional cooperation”.

BERLIN - The Serbian government, headed by Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, has Berlin's full political support, Serbia's chief EU negotiator Tanja Miscevic has said.

Serbia to join EU "in reasonable time"

BELGRADE -- Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Michael Davenport said Wednesday that Serbia will achieve its goal of joining the EU in a reasonable time.

Davenport said that Serbia is close to being offered EU membership and it should derive a lot of benefit from the accession process.

"EU supports Serbia's efforts in fiscal consolidation"

BRUSSELS -- EU ministers of finance and economy and ECB officials expressed their support to Serbia's efforts in fiscal stabilisation and strengthening of economic growth.

BELGRADE - The Serbian government adopted on Tuesday the draft amendments to the Privatisation Law and the Law on National Councils of National Minorities.

The government filed the amendments to the laws to the National Assembly for adoption on urgent procedure, the government Office for Cooperation with the Media released.
