Brnabic: Serbia to boost cooperation with Suriname in all fields

BELGRADE - Serbia and Suriname are working together on improving their bilateral cooperation, the Serbian government said in a statement after PM Ana Brnabic received Surinamese FM Albert Ramdin on Monday.

In a friendly and cordial conversation, Brnabic noted that Serbia and Suriname were connected by close diplomatic and political ties, the government said in a statement.

Brnabic: Serbia interested in advancement of cooperation with Venezuela

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic said at a meeting with Venezuelan FM Yvan Gil Pinto in Belgrade on Friday Serbia was interested in advancement of its cooperation with Venezuela in agriculture, tourism, health care and culture, and noted that agreements signed earlier in the day were of great significance to both countries.

ASEAN member states approve Serbia's accession request

JAKARTA - Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) member states on Wednesday unanimously approved Serbia's request to accede to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia, the Serbian government's press office announced in a statement.

The decision was made at the 56th plenary meeting of ASEAN FMs in Jakarta, which ended on Wednesday.

Brnabic invited to visit Saudi Arabia

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic met on Monday with Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Belgrade Osamah bin Dakhel Al Ahmadi, who presented to her a letter from the country's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud with an invitation to visit Saudi Arabia in the period to come to exchange views on bilateral ties and international affairs of mutual interest in person.

Srpska lista to Serbian gov't: Declare Kurti's formations in north as terrorist organisations

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - On behalf of Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija, Srpska lista demanded on Monday that the Serbian government declare Pristina's parapolice, special and intelligence units in the north of the province as terrorist organisations as they were jeopardising peace in the region, with "unforeseeable consequences for the future of the Western Balkans and even entire Europe."

Kosovo Serbs Rally for Release of War Crimes Suspect

Dozens of locals gathered on Tuesday in the town of Gracanica, close to the capital Pristina in central Kosovo, in the latest of a series of demonstrations against last week's arrest of a Kosovo Serb man on war crime charges.

They held up banners and placards with slogans like "Freedom for all the arrested Serbs" and pledges of trust in Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
