Kosovo police director arrested in Serbia on terrorism charges
BELGRADE - Serbian Interior Ministry has officially confirmed today that members of MIA arrested N.T. (1976) from Urosevac, on the basis of an arrest warrant by order of the High Court in Nis for the crime of terrorism.

BRATISLAVA - Serbian Deputy PM and Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic and his Slovak counterpart Robert Kalinak agreed in Bratislava on Tuesday the two countries would establish joint police patrols on the Serbian-Bulgarian border.

Stefanovic, Pinter discuss concrete steps in cooperation
BELGRADE - Serbian Deputy PM and Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic and Hungarian Interior Minister Sandor Pinter on Monday agreed concrete steps in further Hungarian-Serbian police cooperation on the migrant crisis.
Stefanovic met with Pinter in Belgrade as part of a visit by a Hungarian delegation headed by the country's PM Viktor Orban.
Afghani smugglers arrested near Serbia-Hungary border
The Serbian Interior Ministry (MUP) said on Monday its members prevented the smuggling of 44 migrants.
Among the migrants were citizens of Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, and Iran.
Police find 43 illegal migrants in Belgrade
BELGRADE - The Serbian police have found a total of 43 illegal migrants without travel documents housed in two private homes in Belgrade, the Serbian Interior Ministry said in a release.
The police will press charges against two women, aged 59 and 33 years old, Serbian residents, who were at home at the time of the police search.

Ptassek expresses support for Serbia's EU integration
BELGRADE - Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic met in Belgrade Thursday with Deputy Director of the European Department of the German Federal Foreign Office Peter Ptassek, who said Germany supported the path of European integration of Serbia, commending Serbia for the way it handled the challenges brought about by the migrant crisis.
