Vucic: I will protect national interests, our people in Kosovo-Metohija to my last breath

KRUSEVAC - President of Serbia and Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) member Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday evening he would protect Serbian national and state interests and the interests of Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija to his last breath.

SNS electoral list approved

BELGRADE - Serbia's national electoral commission on Friday approved the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) electoral list for the December 17 parliamentary polls in the country.

The commission determined that the party's list of 250 candidates for MPs was supported by 88,083 legally valid signatures and that the conditions were in place to approve it.

SNS becomes first to submit electoral list for parliamentary polls

BELGRADE - Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) leader Milos Vucevic on Thursday submitted to the national electoral commission his party's electoral list for the December 17 parliamentary polls in Serbia.

The SNS thus became the first party to submit its electoral list, supported by 92,637 signatures.

Vucevic: SNS policy will not change

KRAGUJEVAC - The policy of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) will not change, and it will remain an engine of Serbia's development, new SNS leader Milos Vucevic said after Saturday's extraordinary SNS Assembly session in Kragujevac, at which he was elected party president.

BELGRADE - Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) leader Aleksandar Vucic said on Tuesday 20,000 pieces of legal and illegal firearms and explosive devices had been surrendered by Serbians in a nationwide campaign aimed at boosting public security.

Speaking to reporters after an SNS Presidency session, Vucic said this was a very serious figure and that the campaign was gaining momentum.

In an appearance on a Happy TV talk show, Vucic said that, despite persistent talk that he would never quit power, he would remain in his post for only as long as his term allowed him.
