EP Elections Exit Poll: 40% of Bulgarians Use Preference Voting Option
40% of Bulgarians took advantage of the preference vote option in the European Parliament elections by 2 pm on Sunday, according to exit poll data.
Around 22.7% of the eligible voters cast their ballots by 2 pm on Sunday and 40% of them used the preference voting option, according to exit poll data of polling agency Gallup International.

Russia Bans Import of Ukrainian Dairy Products
Russia's consumer rights agency announced Monday it is to impose a ban on import of Ukrainian milk products from six regions of the country.
Officials by Rospotrebnadzor said that the goods do not meet regulations of fatty acid composition, as well as those of total protein and fat percentage, as the watchdog reported in a press release.

Bulgarian Greens Party Alerts to Suspended Organic Farming Subsidies
The Bulgarian Greens party (Zelenite) has cautioned that the government is about to stifle organic farming by depriving the segment of subsidies for 2014.
The party issued Wednesday an official declaration, vowing to fight the damaging steps through
