Bosnian Prosecution Demands Higher Sentences for Terror Plotters
The Bosnian prosecution launched an appeal on Tuesday against the verdict sentencing Maksim Bozic to four years in prison and Edin Hastor to two-and-a-half years for planning terrorist attacks, calling on the state court's appeals chamber to raise their sentences.

Bosnian Charged with Attempting to Join ISIS
Bosnia's state prosecution on Monday charged Ibro Cufurovic with taking part in terrorist activities and with fighting for so-called Islamic State in Syria, ISIS/L, from 2014 until April this year, when he was deported to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The prosecution says Cufurovic travelled to Turkey on April 21, 2014, from where he illegally went to Syria and joined ISIS/ISIL forces.

Two Bosnians Jailed for Planning Terror Attacks
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Thursday found two hard-line Islamists guilty of acquiring guns and explosive devices in preparation for terrorist attacks. It sentenced Maksim Bozic (1990) to four years in jail and Edin Hastor (1972) to two-and-a-half years.

Top Bosnian Judicial Official Faces Disciplinary Probe
The Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor, UDT, of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, HJPC, on Friday filed a disciplinary action against Milan Tegeltija, president of the HJPC, for "a serious violation of official duty, jeopardizing public trust in the impartiality and credibility of the judiciary".
Bosnia Minister Calls Protest Over Top Judicial Official
Dragan Mektic, the Minister of Security in Bosnia, has called for public protests on Wednesday in front of the building of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, HJPC, after a video emerged suggesting its boss had taken a bribe.

Bosnia's top court, the State Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has sentenced Munib Ahmetspahic to three years in prison for fighting unlawfully in Syria, which the court deemed an act of terrorism.
