Referee safety in Greece ‘a problem,’ UEFA president says
In response to a request by the Hellenic Football Federation (EPO) for elite referees to officiate derby matches of the Greek soccer Super League, UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin stressed that their safety in Greece "is a problem."
Olympiakos stays perfect with three out of three

AEK completes the double beating PAOK in the Cup final
AEK completed the domestic double on Wednesday as it added the Greek Cup to the Super League trophy. Despite playing for almost the entire final with 10 men it managed to beat PAOK 2-0 at Volos.
AEK celebrates its 13th title, while Ionikos is relegated
AEK celebrated on Sunday its 13th league title, as its easy victory over Volos sealed its triumph in the 2022-23 Super League championship, while Lamia snatched a late equalizer to send Ionikos to the second division.
AEK all but won the league as Olympiakos denies Panathinaikos
AEK is one point away from clinching the Super League title as Covid-stricken Panathinaikos lost at Olympiakos to drop from the top one game before the end.
AEK had to come from behind to win 2-1 at Aris on Monday, with the penultimate round of the playoffs being postponed by 24 hours due to dozens of Covid cases at the Panathinaikos camp.
PAOK holds the Greens, Olympiakos denies AEK
Panathinaikos dropped two precious points at home against PAOK on Wednesday, but will not pay for it as AEK also stumbled at home against Olympiakos, leaving the situation unchanged at the top of the Super League table.

Goalless draw leaves title race wide open
Panathinaikos and AEK canceled each other out on Sunday their crucial game in the Super League playoffs finishing goalless and the title race remaining wide open with a slight advantage for the Greens.
AEK needed victory more than its host and produced more chances against the best defense in the league this year - that has only conceded once in seven playoff games to date.

Two-horse race for the Super League as Greens and Yellows win away
Panathinaikos and AEK scored precious away wins on Sunday and continue to lead the table at the halfway point of the Super League playoffs.
Panathinaikos emerged victorious from the super-tough challenge of Toumba, beating PAOK 2-1 in a game that had 16 minutes of time added-on at the end of the second half.
