The Bulgarian prosecutor's office has recommended that the state file a lawsuit to safeguard its ownership of the Sofia Church of St. Nicholas, commonly known as the Russian Church, along with the land on which it is situated.

The Supreme Administrative Prosecutor's Office is conducting an investigation on a signal concerning the so-called "golden passports". The state prosecution announced that the signal was submitted by an MP from the political party Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS).

After an inspection ordered by the Supreme Administrative Prosecutor's Office 5092 breaches of construction safety regulations were found in the country only in December.
