Romania Allows the Transit Without a Special Note
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed that Romania allows the transit by land of citizens of the EU, EEC, the Swiss Confederation and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland , observing the established transit corridors, eliminating the requirement to send verbal notes approving the transit.

Bulgaria Suspends Entry and Transit of Lorries Travelling to Turkey
By order of Minister of Health, Kiril Ananiev, the entry into and transit through the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria of heavy goods vehicles travelling to the Republic of Turkey and arriving from the following countries is temporarily suspended as of March 25:

Switzerland opens its labor market for Bulgarians. Starting today (01.06), Bulgarians and Romanians will have complete freedom of movement, work and establishment in Switzerland. The only EU Member State whose citizens still have only limited access to the Swiss labor market remains Croatia.

Increase in The amount of the Withdrawn Student Credits
50 million leva is the maximum amount of the new government guarantees that the Council of Ministers has approved under the Students and PhD Students Loan Act (LCAS). Credits are granted to Bulgarian citizens, citizens of the EU, EEA and Swiss Confederation and are only for higher education in Bulgaria.
Switzerland Removes Restrictions on the Work and Establishment of Bulgarians
From 1 June 2019, the citizens of Bulgaria and Romania will have full freedom of movement, employment and establishment in Switzerland. Thus, they will have the same rights as other EU citizens (except Croatia) and will be able to reside freely in the country provided they have a job, the Press Center Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

The safeguard clause limiting this right for Romanian and Bulgarian nationals is thus ending.
