Turkey to provide shelter for victims of violence: Foreign Ministry
Turkey continues to provide shelter for the victims of persecution, oppression, violence and terrorism, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Dec. 9 observing the "International Day of Commemoration and Dignity of the Victims of the Crime of Genocide and of the Prevention of this Crime" on the sixth anniversary of the U.N.
Ukraine uses Turkish armed drone in Donbas for 1st time
The Ukrainian Armed Forces shared footage on social media on Oct. 26 of its first ever combat deployment of a Turkish Bayraktar TB2 armed drone to destroy a howitzer used by pro-Russian separatists in Donbas.
The Bayraktar TB2 was used for the first time to force the separatists to abide by a cease-fire, the armed forces said in a Facebook statement.

The European Union on Sept. 22 welcomed Turkey's plan to ratify Paris Agreement on climate change next month.
