The Crane, wchich had to dismantle the monument ''1300 years of Bulgaria'', was lit. This was confirmed by the Ministry of Interior, quoted by bTV.

 At 3:15 am at Sunday an alert on the crane was received. During the inspection, it was found that the glass of cab was broken. It is working to clarify the circumstances surrounding the arson and the disclosure of perpetrators.

Bulgarian capital unveils statue of Ronald Reagan to honor his victory against Communism

A marble nine-foot monument of President Ronald Reagan is set to be unveiled May 10 in Bulgaria’s capital city of Sofia. The monument, which transpired with key input and advice from Young America’s Foundation and the Reagan Ranch, was erected in order to honor President Reagan’s critical contribution to the country’s liberation from communism.

Sofia Hosts 7th International Triennial of Graphic Arts

The Seventh International Triennial of Graphic Arts "Sofia 2014" opens at 6 pm on Monday in the exhibition halls of the gallery of the Union of Bulgarian Artists (UBA), located on 6 Shipka Street.

The Triennial, which has a 20-year history, gathers the latest achievements of artists from more than 30 countries.
