Bulgaria Court says 'Istanbul Convention' Violates Constitution
The Bulgarian Constitutional Court on Friday ruled that the Council of Europe's convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence, known as the Istanbul Convention, does not conform to the Bulgarian constitution.

Alpha Research: 2.6 % Lead for GERB Over BSP
The most recent study of Alpha Research Group sociological agency forecasts a gap of 2.6 percent between GERB and Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) in the upcoming early parliamentary elections, according to BNR.
31.7 percent of those who have decided to vote would cast their ballot for GERB, while 29.1 percent say they would vote for BSP.

Rumen Radev Declared Winner of 1st Round of Bulgaria's Presidential Election
Socialist-backed candidate Rumen Radev won the first round of Bulgaria's presidential elections, the Central Election Commission (CEC) has said.
The CEC's announcement confirms earlier data with 100% of the vote counted.
