Ivanka takes unpaid job as White House adviser
First daughter Ivanka Trump is about to take on another title as an unpaid adviser to her father President Donald Trump, the White House announced on March 29.
Ivanka, whose husband Jared Kushner also works as a senior aide to the president, will not receive a salary for her work as a federal employee. Kushner, a real estate developer, is also unpaid.

White House in lockdown after suspicious package discovered
The White House is on lockdown after a “suspicious package” was discovered with the Secret Service investigating.
Secret Service agents have reportedly cleared all media and visitors from the North Lawn, with snipers seen roaming the Presidential property. The U.S Secret Service said: Secret Service investigating suspicious package near White House grounds. Road closures in effect.”
