World premiere of Rsumovic's 'No One's Child' in Venice

BELGRADE - The debut film 'Nicije Dete' (No One's Child) by Serbian director and screenwriter Vuk Rsumovic will be screened at the forthcoming Venice festival, which will also be its world premiere.

No One's Child is a film based on real-life events and it recounts the fate of a boy found living among a pack of wolves in a forest in Bosnia in late 80's.

Nigeria confirms new Ebola case in Lagos: minister

Nigeria on Monday confirmed a new case of Ebola in the financial capital Lagos, bringing the total number of people in the country with the virus to 10.
Health minister Onyebuchi Chukwu said the latest confirmed case was a female nurse who came into contact with a Liberian-American man, Patrick Sawyer, who died of Ebola in a Lagos hospital on July 25.

WHO Declares Ebola Outbreak 'International Public Health Emergency'

The World Health Organization has declared the Ebola outbreak an international public health emergency – its highest-level alert possible, Friday.

"The possible consequences of further international spread are particularly serious in view of the virulence of the virus," the UN health agency said in a statement, following a two day meeting in their headquarters in Geneva.
