Bucharest, May 4 /Agerpres/ - Cardiovascular diseases continue to be the main health problem in Romania, that is the alarm signal sounded by the Ministry of Health on the occasion of the National Heart Day. In this context, the Ministry of Health announces a series of projects that are planned this year to support people suffering from this disease.

More than 1,000 People have Died from Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo

More than 1,000 people have died in an epidemic of Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The Agency refers to a statement from the DR Congo Health Ministry. According to it, 1008 people died of the virus, and the reported cases of disease were 1529.

Nearly 500 Measles Cases in Bulgaria

There have been 497 cases of measles on the territory of Bulgaria as of April 24. The outbreak in Blagoevgrad Province is fading, but it is growing in Sofia-city and Sofia Province, writes NOVA TV.
