The trial in the case against seven former Bosnian Serb special policemen accused of involvement in the killing of some 1,300 Bosniaks from Srebrenica in an agricultural warehouse in the Bosnian village of Kravica in July 1995 was postponed again at Belgrade Higher Court on Tuesday.

The Bosnian state court has given BIRN a list of 41 people who are wanted for trial and are the subjects of international arrest warrants, many of whom are living in neighbouring Serbia.

On the list are several suspects accused of involvement in the 1995 genocide of Bosniaks from Srebrenica by Bosnian Serb forces, including former Bosnian Serb Interior Minister Tomislav Kovac.

Belgrade Higher Court on Monday separated the case against Dragomir Parovic, who is accused of involvement in killing 1,313 Bosniak civilians at a farm in Kravica near Srebrenica in July 1995, from the case against his seven co-defendants as he is no longer able to participate in the trial.

Tomislav Kovac, who was deputy interior minister in the Serb-dominated Republika Srpska entity in July 1995, when the Kravica massacre happened, told Belgrade Higher Court on Tuesday that Ljubisa Beara, who at the time was the security chief of the Main Headquarters of the Bosnian Serb Army, was to blame for the killings.
