The daily Vecernje Novosti writes that the flagpole will be located at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers, and will, due to its height, be visible "from almost every part of the capital."

Vucic's SNS party elects new vice-presidents
The electoral assembly of the Serb Progressive Party (SNS) met during the weekend in Belgrade and elected new vice-presidents to leader Aleksadar Vucic.
Vucic himself was again unanimously elected as the SNS president. Jorgovanka Tabakovic is a new vice president - "but her post will remain frozen as long as she is at the helm of the Serbian central bank (NBS)," Tanjug reported.
