Vucic: Brnabic candidate for parliament speaker, Sapic for Belgrade mayor
BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, who is also a Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) Presidency member, announced on Wednesday evening the party had decided to put Ana Brnabic forward as the new parliament speaker and Aleksandar Sapic as Belgrade mayor.
Brnabic attends EPP congress in Bucharest
BUCHAREST - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic attended on Wednesday a European People's Party (EPP) congress in Bucharest, where she also held several important meetings.
Before the congress, Brnabic had a cordial encounter with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

Brnabic, von der Leyen meet in Bucharest
BUCHAREST - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic had a cordial encounter with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in Bucharest on Wednesday before a European People's Party (EPP) annual congress in the Romanian capital.
The congress will bring together more than 2,000 delegates from over 40 countries.
Brnabic will meet with Romanian President Klaus Iohannis in the evening.

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic said on Wednesday recommendations from an ODIHR report showed that the December 17 Serbian elections had been fair, transparent and democratic.
"Having worked with the ODIHR since 2019, we already have recommendations that are much softer than those in many EU member states," Brnabic said.

LONDON - Serbia is a Top 5 country in terms of cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), PM Ana Brnabic said after meeting with EBRD President Odile Renaud-Basso in London on Monday.
Speaking to reporters, Brnabic said signed and ratified Serbia-EBRD agreements were worth around 2.3 bln euros.
