Zelensky expects more weapons from the allies, heavy fighting for Soledar

Ukraine says its troops are holding their ground in the eastern town of Soledar, where heavy fighting is taking place. President Volodymyr Zelensky stressed the need for more weapons from the allies.

Ljubljana, 18 October – A digital remastered copy of the first Slovenian silent feature-length film V Kraljestvu Zlatoroga (In the Realm of the Goldhorn) will premiere in Ljubljana’s Cankarjev Dom arts centre this evening. A quartet led by pianist Andrej Goričar, who wrote a new score for the film in 2005, will accompany the screening.

Ljubljana – Panč, a festival of stand-up comedy, kicks off at Ljubljana Castle on Sunday bringing performances by 31 comedians from Europe, Asia and Africa.
