Petrosani-born Avram Iancu, who has planned to cross the English Channel in August, on Thursday conducted a training session in the Cincis artificial lake, near the Municipality of Hunedoara, having managed to cover the five kilometres, from the rear end of the lake to a pontoon bridge of the rowing club, in two hours and 13 minutes.
