Two chapters to be opened by end of year
Serbia will open the first two chapters in its EU accession talks by the end of the year and the next two in early 2016.

'No New EU Conditions for Serbia over Kosovo'
The German Ambassador to Belgrade Axel Dittmann has denied claims that new conditions have been imposed on Serbia over relations with Kosovo and the EU accession process.
Senior Serbian officials have claimed that Germany introduced new demands, including the abolition of municipal structures in Kosovo, which they describe as unacceptable to Belgrade.
