Kosovo Assembly Ends Deadlock by Electing Speaker
Kosovo's parliament finally elected Kadri Veseli as its new speaker on Thursday, one day after leaders of the new PAN government coalition - Veseli of the PDK, Ramush Haradinaj of the AAK, Fatmir Limaj of NISMA and Behgjet Pacolli of the AKR - reached an agreement with the main Kosovo Serb party, Lista Srpska.

Kosovo parties sign deal to form gov't
Kosovo's center-right coalition led by the Democratic Party of Kosovo has signed a deal with the small New Alliance for Kosovo party to form a government, ending nearly three months of political deadlock after an election on June 11.

Kosovo to get new government, headed by Haradinaj - reports
AKR leader Behgjet Pacolli on Monday switched sides and signed a coalition agreement with the parties of the so-called war coalition.
This paves the way for a new government to be formed in Pristina, after the early election held in June.
Pacolli Dumps LDK Alliance to End Kosovo Deadlock
Following a crunch meeting with Isa Mustafa, acting Prime Minister and leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo, LDK, Kosovo New Alliance chief Behgjet Pacolli announced that his party's alliance with the LDK was now over.
"We have concluded all the contractual obligations we have had with LDK. Our ways now are parted," Pacolli told journalists.

Kosovo businessman and former President Behgjet Pacolli is sparing no expense in order to secure the release of Ramush Haradinaj, writes the daily Blic.
Kosovo PM Pushes For Snap Elections in June
Amid continuing uncertainties over the date of national elections in Kosovo, Prime Minister Hashim Thaci has proposed June 8 as a potential option.
He made his proposal on Friday to the President, Atifete Jahjaga, at a meeting held at the presidency building in Pristina.
