Aleksandar Vucic said on Monday he has doubts about the merit of the terrorism accusations made against Bratislav Dikic and others arrested in Montenegro.

"Mr. Dikic is presenting his positions against the Serbian government every day, but I wish to see and hear real and serious data about him planning a terrorist act," the Serbian prime minister told reporters.

Two right-wing organisations, Zavetnici (Oath Keepers) and the Patriotic Movement of Serbia led by retired police general Bratislav Dikic, held an anti-NATO rally in King Milan Square in Nis on Friday, demanding a national referendum on NATO membership.

Some of the protesters carried a banner with the slogan "Resistance to the occupation".

Former commander of the Serbian Interior Ministry's Gendarmerie unit Gen. Bratislav Dikic has asked to retire due to illness, Vecernje Novosti daily writes.
