Bulgaria's President Begins One-Day Working Visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina
Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev will pay a one-day working visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina on July 3.
Plevneliev is to meet with Mladen Ivanic, Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and to take part in an international conference titled "Regional Economic Development and Cooperation," according to a media statement of the President's Office.
Poland Votes Duda in Presidential Elections
Leader of the Polish Conservative party Andrzej Duda has won the Presidential elections in the country, held Sunday.
He secured the majority of votes with 53%, thus defeating current President Bronislaw Komorowski, who got 47% public trust.
The final results are to be announced later Monday evening.

Polish Presidential Vote Likely to Have Run-Off
Poland's incumbent President Bronislaw Komorowski and conservative Andrzej Duda could face each other in a second round, exit poll results suggest.
According to a first exit poll released around 22:00 local time, neither Komorowski nor Duda have garnered a result beyond 50 percent and are projected to gain 32.2% and 34.8% respectively, according to Radio Poland.

Polish President Gives Green Light to Creating Joint Military Force with Lithuania, Ukraine
Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski has given his formal approval for the creation of a joint military brigade with Lithuania and Ukraine, TASS reported.
The resolution signed by Komorowski on Monday will take effect two weeks after it is published, the Polish leader's office has confirmed, according to the Russian news agency.
US Welcomes Poland's USD 5 B Military Spending
The US has welcomed the announced plans of the Polish government to purchase US-produced Patriot surface-to-air missiles at a total cost of USD 5 B.
Reportedly, additional USD 3 B will be spend on weapons from European contractors. The helicopters 725 Carcal also known as Super Cougar will be a part of the purchase.
