International Finance Corporation invests in Turkish hospital group's Bulgaria unit
The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, has invested 15 million euros in equity of Turkish hospital group Acıbadem's Bulgaria unit, Acıbadem City Clinic, to give a further boost to the group's growth in the Middle East and Balkans and to improve healthcare services in Bulgaria, the parties said in a statement on May 30.
Police suspect bomb caused car explosion in Berlin, one killed
An explosion that destroyed a car and killed the driver in downtown Berlin during rush hour traffic on March 15 was likely caused by a bomb, police said on March 15, but investigators are working on the assumption that it was not a terror-related attack.
IFC's EUR 25 million loan to MK Group
BELGRADE - Serbian agricultural company MK Group signed on Friday a EUR 25 million loan agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), to be used for agribusiness development.
The agreement was signed by MK Group President Miodrag Kostic and IFC's Associate Director Carsten Mueller.
