Greek cinema funds boosted
As part of the state's effort to promote modern Greek culture, the Greek Film Center (GFC) is to implement five new financial programs to boost the local industry.
The programs will be bankrolled through the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RFF), while just last week, the GFC approved financial support for 13 film projects to the tune of 1,262,000 euros.

Chinese-Greek theater festival in Athens
The first Sino-Hellenic International Theater Festival kicked off on Saturday, with Chinese dramas bringing an audio-visual feast to the audiences.
"The festival is an amazing initiative. It is something that of course we fully support from the side of the Greek government," Christos Dimas, Greek Deputy Minister of Culture, told Xinhua at the opening ceremony.

Greek-Indian cultural exchange program ratified
The agreement on the program "Cultural and Educational Exchanges between Greece and India for the years 2022-2026" was ratified on Friday by the plenary of the Parliament.

Hewlett-Packard to create Excellence Center in Greece
Hewlett-Packard Enterprises (HPE) plans to found a global Excellence Center in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Greece, Greek Deputy Minister of Development and Investment Christos Dimas said at the Delphi Economic Forum on Friday.
The center will be part of HPE Ezmeral Software and will aim at helping business customers globally to incorporate AI in their operations.
Smart Attica Digital Innovation Hub opens at Demokritos research center
The Smart Attica European Digital Innovation Hub (Smart Attica EDIH) began operation in Greece recently to support small and medium-sized enterprises and public sector agencies in their digital transformation, the Development & Investments Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
Ancient Nemea stadium to reopen
The stadium of Ancient Nemea will reopen on Wednesday to visitors, local MP and Alternate Development and Investments Minister Christos Dimas said on Tuesday.
The 4th-century BC stadium in Corinthia had shut down over a lack of security.
