Croatian politician defends Dodik: "It's not him"

He pointed out that there are many sources of misunderstanding in Bosnia-Herzegovina and that relations must be considered in more detail.

Three former High Represenatives to Bosnia, Carl Bildt, Paddy Ashdown, and Christian Schwarz-Schilling, expressed their concern in an open letter to EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini on Thursday over Croatian attempts to dispute the legitimacy of the election of Zeljko Komsic as the Bosnian Croat member of the state's tripartite presidency.

These topics "remain unfinished" despite attempts made during the past year to "speed up the dynamic of solving all open issues between BiH (Bosnia-Herzegovina) and Serbia," he told RTS ahead of the meeting in Mostar on Monday.

Covic said that another topic of discussion will be economic cooperation, and added that "trade exchange can be increased in both directions."
