Girl wounded in Belgrade school shooting dies in hospital
BELGRADE - A girl who sustained severe, life-threatening head wounds in a May 3 shooting in a school in downtown Belgrade died in the University Children's Hospital this morning, the Serbian Ministry of Health said.
In a statement, it said the patient had died despite undergoing emergency surgery and receiving intensive medical care.

Serbian health minister calls for draconic fines for indoor smoking
BELGRADE - Smoking in indoor areas should be banned in Serbia and fines for establishments that allow it should be draconic, Health Minister Danica Grujicic said on Friday and Belgrade Mayor Aleksandar Sapic backed her proposal.
Grujicic and Sapic were speaking to reporters after the opening of a diagnostics unit at the Obrenovac health centre.
Dacic meets with Dodik in East Sarajevo
EAST SARAJEVO - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic met with Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik in East Sarajevo on Monday.
They spoke at the Republika Srpska office in East Sarajevo ahead of a Republika Srpska Day parade.
According to a statement released by Dodik's office, they discussed joint projects by Serbia and Republika Srpska.

New corona update: Growing number of deceased
12.239 people were tested.
There are 137 patients on the respirator, and 3.851 were hospitalized.
COVID-19 took 14.849 lives in Serbia, while the mortality rate is 0.79.

Danica Grujicic, first on SNS list for the parliamentary elections, Sapic in Belgrade
Prime Minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabi, addressed the media.
"We have made a decision, we are coming out with the list 'Aleksadnar Vui - together we can do everything'. This is the message behind which we all stand together", said Brnabi and added:
"Dana Grujicic will be first on the list for the parliamentary elections, while Aleksandar Sapic heads SNS list for Belgrade."
"Prva Theme": "If you show respect to the disease, you have a good chance"
"I would be more surprised if I got sick at the beginning. When I got sick, we learned a lot. If you respect the disease and do everything in the protocol, you have a good chance," Stevanovic said, adding that no one is immune to this disease.
Professor Dr Danica Grujicic agreed with her colleague, stating that she respected the disease when she was infected in August.
