Respecting the COVID-19 health measures, all participants will need to present a vaccine certificate or a negative PCR test not older than 72 hours, or a negative antigen test not older than 48 hours, or confirmation of recovery from COVID not older than six months and not more recent than 14 days.

Montenegro's Gays Set New Date for Parade
Montenegrin LGBT activists hope to walk the streets of the capital, Podgorica, for the third Gay Pride March, set for December 13.

Montenegro Gay Pride Postponed Amid Political Turmoil
The organisers of the Pride march confirmed on Monday that it will be postponed due to the current protest rallies against alleged government corruption, which have been going on for over two weeks.
Montenegro Stages First Merllnka Gay Festival
The Merlinka festival, which has been organized in two other countries in the region since 2009, is running this year for the first time in Montenegro.
The festival is always held on International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia on May 17, which is marked all around the world.
