Over 60 court summons served to Kosovo-Metohija Serbs over barricades in north - lawyer
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - On orders from Pristina's special prosecution office, a directorate of the so-called Kosovo Police has served more than 60 court summons to Serbs from the north of Kosovo-Metohija over barricades put up near Zvecan in December last year, lawyer Ljubomir Pantovic said on Tuesday.
Kosovo Serb released from house custody on 30,000 euro bail
PRISTINA - A Pristina court announced on Friday Serb Dejan Pantic, a former officer of the so-called Kosovo Police, had been released from house custody on a 30,000 euro bail.
A court spokesperson said that, after rejecting a petition to extend Pantic's custody, the court had granted a request to replace the house custody measure with bail, Pristina-based Reporteri said.
Petkovic: Pantic released on bail ahead of trial
BELGRADE - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic announced on Wednesday Serb Dejan Pantic, a former police officer from Kosovo-Metohija who was detained by Pristina authorities last year and subsequently transferred to house arrest, had been released on bail ahead of trial.

Pristina court extends house arrest for Serb Dejan Pantic
PRISTINA - A Pristina basic court has extended a house arrest for former police officer Dejan Pantic by another two months, his lawyer Ljubomir Pantovic told Tanjug on Tuesday.
"Dejan Pantic's house arrest has been extended until July 9," Pantovic said briefly.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - Following a request by prosecutors, a Pristina court has extended the house arrest of Serb Dejan Pantic, a former Kosovo Police officer from Kosovska Mitrovica, by two months, until May 9, his wife confirmed to Tanjug on Tuesday.

Pristina extends house arrest for Pantic by two months
PRISTINA - A basic court in Pristina on Thursday extended by two months the house arrest for Dejan Pantic, a Kosovo-Metohija Serb who is a former Kosovo Police officer.
In a statement, the court said a preliminary proceedings judge had granted a request by the special prosecutor's office that Pantic's house arrest be extended until March 9, Pristina's Koha ditore reports.
KFOR removes last barricade in north of Kosovo-Metohija
PRISTINA - KFOR removed the last barricade in the north of Kosovo-Metohija on Tuesday.
A KFOR unit conducted an engineer operation, removing two trucks from the new bridge at Dudin Krs in the north of Kosovska Mitrovica.
KFOR said it had removed the vehicles to make roads in the north of Kosovo-Metohija passable and restore freedom of movement, the RTS reported.
