Foreign Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis will be in New Delhi on Tuesday for a meeting with his Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.

Dendias will also address the 2nd Conference of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) titled "India Europe Business & Sustainability Conclave."

Dendias wrote on Twitter that he talked with Lajcak on Thursday about the progress of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and the EU perspective of the Western Balkans.
Lajcak shared Dendias' post on Twitter and thanked him for Greece's interest in the Western Balkans and support of the EU's joint efforts in the region.

Egypt's foreign minister was just in Athens, meeting with both Prime Minister Mitsotakis and Foreign Minister Dendias.

The visit put the spotlight on the Greek-Egyptian relationship as both countries look to further strengthen their strategic ties, including on energy, and on regional partnerships such as the East Med Gas Forum and the trilateral between Greece, Cyprus, and Egypt.

Escalating Tensions

The meeting took place at 8:00 a.m. in the building of the General Secretariat of the President of the Republic, it is stated in the announcement of the Office for Media Relations of the President of the Republic.

Greek Foreign Minister Dendias met with his Egyptian counterpart in Cairo

The Foreign Ministers of Greece, Cyprus, France and Egypt rejected on Wednesday two deals signed between Turkey and Libya's UN-recognised government in Tripoli, saying they further undermine regional stability and are both "null and void."

In an interview with Kathimerini's Sunday edition, ahead of a visit to the United States with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Dendias stressed that Greece will defend its national sovereignty with "all the powers and legal means" at its disposal, adding that delineating exclusive economic zones with Italy and Egypt is likely.
