The summit will be held on Friday, September 2 in the Palace of Serbia, and it will be chaired by Aleksandar Vui, it was stated in the press release of the Office for Media Relations of the President of the Republic.

The meeting of EU-WB leaders lasted more than three hours, and the main topic of discussion was ways to strengthen the region's integration into the EU.
Except for Vui, all leaders of the Western Balkan 6 attended the meeting.

The leaders of the six countries in the region were invited to a meeting with the leaders of the European Council, which should be held tomorrow before the beginning of the regular June summit of the Union, at which enlargement will be discussed.

A two-day summit of the regional initiative Open Balkans begins today in Ohrid, to be attended by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Prime Ministers of North Macedonia and Albania Dimitar Kovacevski and Edi Rama, as well as officials from Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
