Turkey drops espionage charges against 2 Greek servicemen
A Turkish prosecutor has dropped military espionage charges against two Greek servicemen who were detained in March 2018 after accidentally crossing the border into Turkey in bad weather, reports say.
Father of released soldier posts message of thanks
The father of Dimitris Kouklatzis, one of the two Greek soldiers that were released from a Turkish prison in Edirne last Tuesday, thanked God and the country's political, military and religious authorities in a long Facebook post on Saturday.
Kouklatzis and Angelos Mitretodis were arrested on March 1 after crossing the Turkish border during a routine patrol.

According to Anadolu, a court examined the request for their release and ruled there are no reasons to keep them behind bars.
