Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will complete on Monday a briefing of opposition leaders on the results of his recent trip to the United States, with a meeting with Dimitris Koutsoumbas of the Greek Communist Party (KKE).

The civil funeral of prominent composer and former culture minister Thanos Mikroutsikos was held Monday at the First Cemetery of Athens.

Greek party leaders will have an opportunity to cross swords in a televised debate which will be held on July 1, six days before the country's general elections, Kathimerini understands.
