BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Labour, Employment and Veteran and Social Affairs Zoran Djordjevic received newly-appointed Cuban Ambassador Gustavo Trista del Todo on Friday, noting the friendly relations between the two countries could be improved in various areas.

Serbia to get new holiday - Warrior Day
On the occasion of the Day of Military Veterans, Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin said that this date should be marked as Day of the Warrior in the future.
"Every country has a day to celebrate those who fought for it, Serbia needs it, and we have a war history that we are proud of," Vulin told RTS, Beta reported.

Vucic: Serbia wants S-300
Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic arrived in Moscow late on Sunday and said his meeting with Putin was of exceptional political, economic and overall significance for Serbia.
"I feel proud when I represent the interests of my nation in such meetings," Vucic told Serbia's state broadcaster RTS.

Serbia is committed to remaining militarily neutral, Zoran Djordjevic, the defense minister in Serbia's outgoing government, said in Moscow on Tuesday.

Serbia in Great War exhibition opens
BELGRADE - The exhibition Serbia in the Great War, which is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the start of World War One, was opened at Dom Vojske Srbije in Belgrade on Wednesday.
The exhibition covers 18 themes in chronological order and includes 270 documents and photos to help understand the topic and offer new insights into World War One.
