Dacic also referred to the decision that SPS and SNS run separately on the forthcoming parliamentary elections. After EU parliamentarians' draft proposals to improve the fairness of elections in Serbia were leaked to media, the head of the Party of Freedom and Justice, former Belgrade mayor Dragan Djilas, said on Wednesday that his party will not agree to them.

He said that these lies were spread by Dragan Djilas, Vuk Jeremic, Bosko Obradovic and their various spokespersons such as Aleksic, Tepic and the like.

Opposition MPs Miladin Sevarlic and Dveri leader Bosko Obradovic began a hunger strike, and two SNS MPs, Aleksandar Martinovic and Sandra Bozic, joined in front of the National Assembly on Sunday.

Beatovic told BIRN that the form of the protest frees people from fear and makes them aware that they are not alone.

"In Serbia there are many frightened and blackmailed people. This noisy protest helps them to see that there is an opposing side," he said.

In the aforementioned footage, Dragan Djilas says disconcertedly that his children were shaking with fear and got scared because Vucic's supporters yelled insults to him 30 meters from where his small children lived.
