BELGRADE – Velimir Radosavljevic, general director of Belgrade’s Nikola Tesla Airport , who is suspected of causing losses of over EUR 207 million to the company, has been released pending trial and no specific measures to ensure his presence at relevant criminal proceedings have been taken.

BELGRADE - The Belgrade Special Court extended the passport seizure measure in the case of Delta Holding owner Miroslav Miskovic for another three months.
The court denied the appeal of the defence team which asked for Miskovic to be granted back his passport permanently and for the ban on him leaving his place of residence to be lifted.

BELGRADE -- The pre-trial chamber of the Belgrade High Court has placed Slobodan Radulović in detention, as proposed by the Prosecution for Organized Crime.
Radulović is the former director of the C Market retail chain, as suggested by the prosecution.

Labour inspector suspected of bribery placed in custody
BELGRADE - The Special Court of Belgrade placed on Friday head of the Labour Ministry Labour Inspection Dragoljub Peruaca in 30-day custody on suspicion of taking a EUR 15,000 bribe.
Peruaca was placed in custody at prosecution's request out of fear that he might influence witnesses during the investigation or repeat the crime, court spokesperson Dusica Ristic told Tanjug.
