"Serbia has no rights"
Dzaferovic believes that Serbia has no rights when it comes to the appointment of the High Representative in Bosnia-Herzegovina and that the only obligation that Serbia has under the Dayton Agreement is to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia-Herzegovina by "not taking any action that would violate those values of BiH in any way".

He addressed the press after the session at the Brdo-Brioni Summit.
"We have supported the intentions of others to open a date for negotiations," he said.
"Serbia has always been committed to not changing the borders," Vucic said.

According to Klix.ba, first the Croatian member of the Presidency, Zeljko Komsic, refused to meet with the Russian chief of diplomacy, and then the same was announced by the Bosnian member of the Presidency, Sefik Dzaferovic.
