Kosovo Police Stage Major Raid in Serb-Majority North
Kosovo police launched raids in the early hours of Tuesday morning in the Serb-majority north of the divided town of Mitrovica, sparking an angry reaction from Serbia.
Ten people have been arrested so far, and the police action is ongoing, according to a BIRN reporter.
Two Serbs Acquitted of Kosovo Policeman's Murder
The two Serbs were acquitted of killing policeman Enver Zymberi in an attack on a police convoy amid heightened tensions in northern Kosovo in July 2011.

Kosovo Honors Killed Police Officer
Kosovo authorities commemorated the death of Zymberi and inaugurated a new building at the headquarters of the Kosovo Police in Pristina in honour of the police officer who was killed in the north of the country three years ago.
Bajram Rexhepi, outgoing Minister of interior, said “Enver Zymberi symbolizes the actions and the bravery of the Kosovo Police which has done a great job”.

Kosovo Charges Serb With Policeman's Killing
International and local prosecutors in Kosovo have filed an indictment against two people over the attack on a Kosovo police convoy on July 25, 2011, which caused the officer’s death, the EU rule-of-law mission, EULEX said on Monday.

Kosovo Serb Arrested For Policeman's Killing
The EU rule-of-law mission said it had assisted local police in the arrest of the 32-year-old in Zupce/Zupc on Friday.
“The arrested suspect was taken to EULEX Mitrovica Logbase for further questioning. The arrest warrant was requested by UNMIK in 2011,” EULEX noted.
