Two police officers arrested in ex-nationalist head’s murder
Four more suspects, including two special operations police, have been arrested in the investigation launched into the assassination of the former head of the ultra-nationalist group, Grey Wolves, bringing the total number to 10.
Turkish gang leader captured in Moldova
The alleged leader of the north London gang, "Tottenham Turks," has been captured in Moldova, the Metropolitan police said.
The 39-year-old İzzet Eren, a Turkish national, who is believed to be the senior leader of the criminal group, was sentenced to prison for 21 years in the U.K. back in 2015.

Turkish FRC team claims prestigious robotics award
Sultans of Türkiye, a Turkish robotics team consisting of 14 students studying at the Darüşşafaka Schools, has won the "Engineering Inspiration Award," the most prestigious award in robotics given by the First Robotics Competition in the U.S.

5 terrorists ‘neutralized’ in northern Iraq, Syria
Security forces have "neutralized" five terrorists in northern Iraq and northern Syria, the Defense Ministry has announced.
In a statement released on Feb. 27, the ministry said that four PKK/YPG terrorists were neutralized after they opened harassing fire and attempted to infiltrate the Operation Peace Spring zone in northern Syria.

Village kids have fun with adrenaline-pumping ‘Köyvivor’
Within the scope of a project named "Köyvivor," the officials of a youth center in the eastern province of Muş have visited some 15 rural villages and organized competitions for some 2,000 village kids in three years.
"We just want to put a smile on their faces and share their happiness," Erol Çalışcı, the project coordinator, said on Nov. 21.
