President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's one-day visit to Budapest on Aug. 20 was marked by a series of diplomatic discussions as he engaged in talks with both Hungarian leaders and a contingent of international guests amid the backdrop of the World Athletics Championships hosted by Hungary.

Türkiye and Saudi Arabia have signed a series of agreements on boosting investment, defense industry cooperation, energy collaboration and communications during Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's visit to Persian Gulf states.

The deals were finalized after delegation meetings led by Erdoğan and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in the city of Jeddah on July 17.

"We categorically reject such baseless claims regarding President Erdogan's health," Fahrettin Altun, President of the Communications Directorate under the Presidency, wrote on Wednesday night.

"This is not the first time that Reuters, an apparatus of perception operations and systematic manipulation targeting Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Turkey, publishes misleading and fake news," Altun wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.
