Portugal's ruling Socialists won yesterday's local elections, but surprisingly lost in Lisbon. This is shown by the results collected by almost all constituencies, AFP reported.

His program today includes talks with Prime Minister Antonio Costa and the President of the Assembly of the Portuguese Republic, Eduardo Ferro Rodrigues, reported the Bulgarian National Television. 

Later, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev will meet with the Mayor of Lisbon, Fernando Medina, who will give him the honorary key of the city at a ceremony.

LISBON - Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic has met with Lisbon Mayor Fernando Medina, who handed to him the keys to the City of Lisbon.

During Wednesday's meeting, a document was signed on ceding the St Christ chapel church to Serbia.
