Greece's government aims to reach an agreement with its lenders on a cash-for-reforms deal by Sunday, its spokesman said on Thursday, brushing off comments from eurozone officials suggesting a deal was far from imminent.

Greece's creditors must 'get their act together', says Varoufakis
Greece's creditors must "get their act together" and help produce a new loan deal for the cash-strapped country, Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis said Tuesday.
"It's about time the institutions, in particular the IMF, get their act together, and come to an agreement with us," the outspoken Varoufakis told CNN.

A Greek government minister said on May 24 that Athens will be unable to repay the IMF on schedule next month, reiterating previous warnings by officials during tense talks with the country's creditors.
"The instalment to the IMF won't be paid," Interior Minister Nikos Voutsis told Mega TV.
