Lawyer Explains How ICTY Jeopardized International Law

The work and practices of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) raise questions, Serbian lawyer Dr. Goran Djordjevic has told Sputnik, commenting on General Ratko Mladic's trial.
