Grlic Radman

BELGRADE - In a reaction to recent statements by Croatian FM Gordan Grlic Radman, Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic said on Monday no one had the right to lecture Serbia on foreign policy and noted that Croatia was "systematically building an attitude of hatred towards Serbia and Serbs."

Zagreb – Slovenian Foreign Minister Anže Logar, Croatia’s Gordan Grlić Radman and Italy’s Luigi Di Maio met in Croatia on Monday as part of the trilateral cooperation effort for the north Adriatic Sea. They also discussed Ukraine and Logar and Grlić Radman talked about an “agreement about an agreement” on joint fishing in the border Bay of Piran.

This is indeed disgraceful behaviour by Serbian authorities, the Croatian portal Index.hr quoted him as saying Tuesday.

Sven Marcelic, an assistant sociology professor at the University of Zadar, told BIRN that one problem facing Croatia during the EU presidency is that, owing to the pandemic, "it is completely enclosed within a national framework", and so cannot fulfill its leadership function in the EU "at a moment when de facto it does not preside".
