Italy to supply admiral for EU Red Sea naval mission
Italy will provide the admiral in command of a European Union Red Sea naval mission to protect ships from attacks by Yemen's Houthi militia, Defence Minister Guido Crosetto said on Friday.

At least four people were killed and nine were wounded in Russian strikes on the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson, the governor of the region said.
An air threat was announced in the Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk regions of Ukraine, as well as in parts of the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions that are controlled by Kyiv.

Tajani: I have spoken with Vucic, Kurti, Kfor presence to be boosted
ROME - Italian FM Antonio Tajani said on Monday he had spoken with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Pristina's PM Albin Kurti, adding that Kfor presence at administrative crossings between Kosovo-Metohija and central Serbia would be boosted.
Italy special forces board Turkish vessel after alert over unidentified passengers
A Turkish cargo vessel that Italian special forces boarded after the crew detected a group of unidentified people on board is now sitting off the southern city of Naples, website MarineTraffic showed, while police continue to investigate the situation.
