Ankara ready for dialogue without preconditions, Aksoy says
Ankara is ready for dialogue with Athens without preconditions, Turkish Foreign Minister Hami Aksoy said Tuesday, adding that setting a date for exploratory talks between the two sides is now possible since the Oruc Reis research vessel has suspended its operations in the Eastern Mediterranean.

Turkey rejects European Parliament resolution on Cyprus
Turkey on Nov. 27 rejected a "non-binding" resolution by the European Parliament against Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) on the Varosha and Cyprus issues.
"We completely reject the non-binding resolution adopted by the MEPs on our country and the TRNC," said Foreign Ministry spokesman Hami Aksoy in a statement.
Turkey calls on Greece for dialogue on East Med
A spokesman for the Turkish foreign ministry criticized Greece's foreign minister on Nov. 24 for adopting an accusing and threatening tone instead of working to solve tensions between Athens and Ankara through dialogue.
"Unfortunately, the constructive attitude and steps taken since August to show good intentions have not been responded," Hami Aksoy said in a statement.

Turkey criticizes UK for not consulting Ankara on regulation of British bases in Greek Cyprus
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hami Aksoy on June 12 criticized the U.K. for not consulting the Turkish Cypriot administration and Ankara regarding a regulation of the use of properties on British bases by their owners, which the official said means a "change of the status" in the region of the bases.
