The meeting at the Presidency building, which began at about 12 o'clock, is also attended by the Minister for European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic and Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia, Sem Fabrizi.
After talks with the President, Borrell will also meet with Prime Minister Ana Brnabic at about 3.30pm.

Sabit Geci, a former Kosovo Liberation Army, KLA commander, said he was interviewed on Thursday by the Kosovo Specialist Prosecution, which is probing wartime and post-war crimes.

Borrell pointed this out in a telephone interview with Aleksandar Vucic and Hashim Thaci earlier this month.

He met in Pristina today with Albin Kurti, as prime minister-designate to form a new Kosovo Government.

Serbian, Kosovo and NATO leaders on Monday welcomed the signing of an agreement to reopen the air link between Pristina and Belgrade that was broken 21 years ago.

US diplomats oversaw the signing of the agreement in Berlin, which will mean flights being operated by Lufthansa's budget carrier, Eurowings.

"The suit of the Prime Minister Rama is totally baseless and a political diversion conducted by him to hide himself after new media soap operas, and so avoid responsibilities," Haradinaj wrote.

In a lawsuit more than 30 pages long, as Gazeta Express reports, Rama claims compensation, noting that his honor, reputation and dignity have been violated due to public appearances and defamation of Kosovo's Prime Minister, Kosovo online confirmed.

After Albin Kurti, leader of the winning Vetevendosje party, in the October 2019 snap elections again refused to name a possible prime minister, President Hashim Thaci has written back that he might ask the Constitutional Court of Kosovo to clarify the constitutional and legal position.

Kosovo's two main parties, Albin Kurti's Vetevendosje and Isa Mustafa's Democratic League of Kosovo, LDK, are close to an agreement on forming a new government, three months after elections were held, Vetevendosje said Wednesday.

President Hashim Thaci has urged election-winning party Vetevendosje to nominate Kosovo's next Prime Minister within 48 hours, or risk sending the country into a "completely unnecessary" constitutional crisis.
