Romania's Foreign Minister Ramona Manescu attended a Gymnich informal meeting of European Union foreign ministers in Helsinki, Thursday and Friday, where she also had a meeting with the High EU Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini.

The South-East European Cooperation Process, SEECP summit began in Bosnia's capital Sarajevo on Monday without delegations from Kosovo and Albania, which refused to participate.

Russia supports the territorial integrity and constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sergey Lavrov, Russia's Foreign Minister, said in Sarajevo on Friday during his long-awaited visit to the country.

Lavrov and Crnadak should also sign a Consultation Plan between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for the period 2019/2020.

Sergey Lavrov will come to Sarajevo on September 21, not on Sunday as planned, Bosnia's Foreign Minister Igor Crnadak told FENA news agency on Thursday evening.

Crnadak explained that the Russian Foreign Minister told him that he postponed the visit due to unexpected changes in his schedule.

Bosnian Serb President Milorad Dodik has said the announced visit of Kosovo Foreign Minister Pacolli to Banja Luka - for Wednesday's gathering of foreign ministers of member states of the South East European Cooperation Process, SEECP - is not acceptable.

Jelena Rajakovic, the Bosnian ambassador to Israel, on Friday denied media reports that she attended the opening ceremony of the US embassy in Jerusalem earlier this week, amid confusion about whether a Bosnian delegation was present or not.

Moldovan and Bosnian Foreign Affairs Minister Tudor Ulianovschi and Igor Crnadak signed a joint declaration on European integration and cooperation between the two countries on Tuesday in Chisinau.

The document says that Moldova and Bosnia and Herzegovina will support each other on their European path.

The gathering is held in Sarajevo, and hosted by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia-Herzegovina Igor Crnadak, the Serbian government has announced.
