Putin urges Armenia, Azerbaijan to ease tensions in rare meeting
The leaders of arch foes Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed to ease tensions left over after their war over the occupied Nagorno-Karabakh last year under the mediation of Russia's Vladimir Putin on Nov. 26.
Both Armenia's Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijan's Ilham Aliyev hailed talks held with Putin in the Black Sea resort of Sochi as positive.

Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan along with leaders of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (Turkic Council) attended on Nov. 2 the official opening ceremony of the council's general secretariat building in Istanbul.
Turkey pledges everlasting solidarity with Azerbaijan
Turkey on Nov. 8 marked the anniversary of Azerbaijan's victory in Karabakh, expressing everlasting solidarity with the brotherly country.
"We are celebrating the victory of Azerbaijan's 44-day Patriotic War, which was crowned by liberation of the cultural capital of ancient Shusha on November 8 last year," said a Foreign Ministry statement.
Turkish president set for 3rd Azerbaijan visit since Karabakh liberation
Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will head to Azerbaijan on Oct. 26, his third visit since the liberation of the Karabakh region last November.
Erdoğan will meet his counterpart Ilham Aliyev and attend the inauguration of the Fuzuli International Airport.
Day 2 of the Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement
More than 105 countries, as well as nine other delegations from international organizations, gathered in the Serbian capital for a two-day gathering. The hosts of the gathering, which is being held at the Belgrade Fair, in memory of the Summit held on September 1, 1961, in Belgrade, are Serbia and Azerbaijan this year.

A two-day summit opened in Belgrade on Monday to mark the 60th anniversary of the first conference of the Non-Aligned Movement, established to create a third global bloc in a world polarised by the East-West Cold War.
